  • Homo Sapiens: This book starts off feeling like a boat load of information was thrown at you but, annotating and highlighting important points/realizations will help you attain the information. Nonetheless, Homo Sapiens is a book crafted for you to acknowledge what/who we are as humans, where we came from, how we are doing, and where we are heading. We forget it took billions of years to evolve to this point but Harari does a beautiful job at bringing out a sense of gratitude (and extreme caution) for our world. He uses profound analogies, similies, and examples, for you to understand the bigger picture. The technology we have created, dialogue and language, scripture, primitive skills, how our DNA has formed, and our innate ability to simply be us has transpired because of our ancestors. If you're interested or curious to discover how you became what you are in today's world, give this book a read! (9/10)
  • Shantaram: Hands down the best book I have ever read in my entire life. I am not saying this lightly. After the first sentence, I was HOOKED IN.
