OBSESSIVE THOUGHTS? SAME.
Intrusive and obsessive thoughts are a part of human nature.
It feels to me that suicide has become a global epidemic.
Honestly, for some, having intrusive and obsessive thoughts about not being a part of the world anymore is more common than you think.
Your mind is an altered reality. Your thoughts are controlling your mind where your mind should be controlling your thoughts. Your mind is the puppet and you need to be the puppeteer. Control the strings and movement of your own thoughts, if not, it will take you to a place where you don’t want to be.
Be the puppet master of your altered reality.
It is how you deal with the thoughts that matter most. If you say you can’t do something, you will never be able to do it. Especially if you verbalize and identify with it, you will be incapable of manifesting it into your reality. The more you vocalize your “cant’s” the more they turn into beliefs.
You can convince your mind of literally anything. We as humans have been evolving for millions of years to the point where our DNA is older than our minds, which are merely just decades old.
Evolve your DNA into anything you want it to be. Evolve your DNA into what you want the world to become. We are survivors. We are fighters. We are lovers. We are equipped enough to deeply know how to survive on this Earth with these intrusive thoughts or not.
When a newborn enters this world, the parents unconditionally love that baby without even knowing it. We don’t need to train our minds to love because it is a part of our DNA.
Society, especially social media, only has us focus on the perfect aspects of ourselves. First off, perfect is a fictional word. We are living in an ever-expanding and ever-evolving universe floating through nothingness. How could anything be “perfect?”
Nothing is perfect. Everything has flaws, bumps, marks, and scars. Even love isn’t perfect.
It is never a straight line to get to where you want to be. There will be detours and roadblocks on the road along your journey.
Obsessive thoughts are daunting. We can’t even look at them and meet them face-to-face because they weigh so much. The thoughts will tell us we must do certain things to be accepted, we aren’t worthy of love, or even worse, that we don’t deserve to be here.
We decide to push them away and shove them further and further down. Unfortunately, you know what happens when you continue to avoid something that is screaming for your attention. You’ll explode then think you are either dying or that there is something wrong with you.
You are not dying and there is nothing wrong with you.
But sometimes the “what ifs” can take a toll on you.
Yeah, it is daunting to maybe not be accepted by society but if you continue to please society’s standards your life will SUCK.
You have deep-rooted beliefs in your head that you won’t be loved because, at the end of the day, we just want to be loved.
Everybody wants to be loved. Everybody wants to be accepted.
We do what we can to feel loved but that’s when you have to redefine what love means to you.
Love is full-heartedly being in your power, trusting trust, and letting your heart guide the ship. If your love is defined by the way society defines it, please check yourself.
The older I get the more I am able to face my emotions in a calm manner that made me question my entire existence. I now see how my intrusive and obsessive thoughts were hyper-focused on the idea of not fitting into society. When I was younger, not fitting into society was something that would make me want to crawl into a dark hole and cry. I have reached a point in my life where I care less if I fit into society’s box.
Love can transcend your life whoever you experience it with. Love fixes everything. From family, friends, lovers, and yourself, being able to cultivate an emotion that reaches the highest level of frequency is a trip within itself. We are genuinely living in a world that is made up of billions of frequencies. Our frequencies intertwine with one another consciously and subconsciously.
I don’t know if you realize this or not but we are duplicates of one another. So, of course, we are going to have moments in our life where we endure the same type of intrusive thoughts and pain.
You know when someone walks into a room and the entire room feels altered because this person’s energy is so heinous? Yeah, that’s cause their frequency is shitty as fuck. A single person’s energy can bring down a crowd of people simply because of the fear of their imaginary thoughts.
If anything, please be the opposite. Please learn to bring others’ energies up but make sure your energy is already brought up. Bringing other energies up while you are still down will drown you in more pain. That’s trying to please others. Trust me, I have tried to bring others up when I was not up myself. It will 100% exhaust you and make you feel more depressed.
It is in the power of God to bring other energies up. God creates. We create. We are gods.
This is one example of proving how smart our bodies are. We can pick up on energy before our mind can even tap into it. Trust when your body tells you something is up because most likely, something is VERY up. That is your intuition speaking; your inner voice.
Our frequencies bounce off one another, live within our bodies, and encircle our entire physicality. This is called your aura.
Meditation can help guide you to hear your body more clearly. You should strive to be still enough that when thought clouds pass, you can watch them come and go. Learn to merely become an observer of your thoughts. Your mind and heart are two separate entities. When you can channel your heart and let your mind do its thing with no agitation or reaction, YOUR LIFE WILL CHANGE.
I am a living example of this.
