  • ask yourself: is this worry real or is my mind looking for something to grab onto? Participate in a prolonged subconscious pattern drawn off trauma? Naw.
  • If you spend too long not letting yourself be creative you can literally start to feel sick. You were born to create, let it flow, and do not overthink
  • do things lightly
  • we only need to be one person. only feel one existence. no one is asking you to be anything you are not.
  • you have been here before; we can do it again
  • your life is timed so perfectly
  • ease into joy
  • everything matters yet nothing matters
  • you are protected, you are watched, you are loved
  • when we do things not from the heart, we turn our souls off
  • soul is always the same, vessel is always different in each awareness
  • only limited to the now, having all power in the present moment
  • so many “people” are working behind the scenes to make your life happen; to make your life the movie you dream of
  • anxiety = being what others want you to be
  • at the end of the day, who gives a fuck lol
  • make a life that they will remember. don't settle for anything less.
