Important Reminders to Help Maintain A Sense of Self

  • Just like you declutter your home or closet of material possessions, the same is useful for the mind. Assess your beliefs about yourself and the world religiously.
  • The amount of time we spend giving externally needs to be reciprocated by receiving internally. We can only be so balanced when our masculine and feminine side are aligned.
  • No matter how much you stress out, the universe always delivers. Will you choose to stress out or surrender?
  • Life is a balance and while we undergo change in no way should we feel we are lacking or losing something.
  • Change is constantly being delivered. Change is the only promising thing the universe gives us.
  • Being open to foreign environments and beliefs will forge countless opportunities for you.
  • Experience is the teacher.
  • It’s okay to say “I don’t know” and it’s okay to truly not know. Your 20s can be filled with “I don’t know.”
  • If you don’t know what to do, don’t do anything. The answer isn’t available for a reason…But will come any moment now.
  • If wanting to be around authentic souls, you need to show up first as that authentic soul.
  • Your body is smart enough to tell you if you’re going in…
