Day #8 — Amsterdam
Today was a “stay in bed, watch something, and drink a ton of water” type of day; incredibly lazy yet still amazing. I decided to watch the documentary called Heal. Every day I learn something new. My thoughts are as follows…
I am here to tell you, and myself, that nobody knows more about you than you do. This is called the power of belief — the biology of belief.
Whatever you believe is what your reality will reflect. Belief itself shifts reality, especially your reality.
Take our planet for instance. Its natural intelligence keeps the earth revolving about the sun, helping each and every one of us stay afloat.
Take a cut for instance. Its natural intelligence knows how to scab, heal, and appear as if nothing happened in a matter of time. Remember when we were little kids and we were so amazed that all we had to do was clean the cut and within a few days it was as if nothing happened?
That's the power of the body. That's the power that nobody wants to believe in. That’s the power they try to stir you away from.
“Every man and woman is the architecture of their own healing and their own destiny” — Buddha
A major illusion that lies within this realm is the “need” to always value others' opinions before your own. You consciously make the decision to give up yourself because you believe something outside of you knows more.
